DOORS/WINDOWS
All door and windows frame to be first quality matti/salwood. Window shutters to be local teakwood with glass. Door shutters to be block board with teak veneer. Main door to be of teakwood. All doors and windows except the toilet door to be polished. The toilet door to be painted with 2 coats of oil paint.
ROOFING
Sloping roof will be R.C.C. slab with waterproofing and clad with Mangalore tiles. Flat terraces to be waterproofed.
FLOORING
All flooring will have light coloured vitrified tiles.
W.C. BATHS
The W.C. Bath shall have European commode with flushing system, shower rose, tap and a wash basin. The floors of all toilets shall be waterproofed. All sanitary ware will be of white/light coloured . All W.C. Baths will be provided with light coloured glazed tiles upto 2.00 mts height.
KITCHEN
Kitchen will be provided with cooking platform with Cudapa top withgranite and stainless steel sink. The dado backing the platform will be clad with light coloured glazed tile upto a height of 60 cms.
ELECTRICAL
All wiring shall be in the first quality concealed type wiring. Each bedroom will be with two light points, one fan point and one three-pin plug point. Living/Dining will have two ceiling points, one fan, one plug point and one bell point. Kitchen will be provided with one ceiling point, one 15 amps plug and 5 amps plug points. All rooms will have one light point, one 15 amps and one 5amps point.
PLUMBING & DRAINAGE
All plumbing to be best quality PVC, drainage to be in S.W. pipes with chambers and traps, to be connected to a septic tank. Each row house shall be provided with a R.C.C. overhead tank and an underground sump.
